Information ScriptByrd uses

We use account identifiers, organisation membership, the minimum case label and action, case events, consent choices, programme release records, and security and audit data needed to operate the service. The current case form asks for a recognisable service label, not a free-form account history.

Do not submit banking credentials, card details, bank statements, health records, welfare documents, income evidence, or other information that is not necessary for the case.

Case records

A case chronology is visible only to the account holder and authorised members of the owning organisation. Invitations are not currently available. Each event records its source and whether delivery, acknowledgement, completion, or verification has genuinely occurred.

Sponsored access

Sponsors buy access entitlements, not recipient information. Sponsor administrators may see aggregate distribution and programme-engagement counts when the reporting threshold is met. They cannot see an individual recipient's cases, subscriptions, decisions, merchants, messages, or private software contents.

Integrity records

Important records can receive a SHA-256 digest and append-only custody history. A digest is a tamper-evident integrity check; it is not encryption. Source files remain protected by access controls and are not made public by creating a receipt.

Analytics

Privacy-minimal analytics are currently disabled. If enabled later, only listed funnel event names and coarse interface properties will be sent. Case text, names, email addresses, subscription labels, invitation tokens, redemption codes, and private product contents are never analytics properties.

Retention, deletion and contact

A monitored request channel for access, correction or deletion has not yet been verified, so this page does not expose an unproved contact action. ScriptByrd does not currently promise a fixed retention period. Any retention period that applies to a paid or sponsored programme will be disclosed before enrolment. Security or audit records may need to be retained where law or an active dispute requires it.
