- Renews
- When paid plans open: every month or every year, until you cancel. A yearly renewal comes with a reminder first.
- To cancel
- When paid plans open: two clicks on your Account page. No phone call. No reason needed.
- Refund
- In full, within 30 days of any payment. Just ask.
- Price rises
- Never for profit. Only ever to keep pace with inflation, with 30 days' notice.
- Your records
- Export or delete them yourself, any time.
